At Om Art & Craft, we are committed to processing and dispatching your orders as quickly and efficiently as possible. Below are the details of our shipping process and policies.

Order Processing & Dispatch

Orders are processed after successful payment confirmation. Dispatch timelines may vary during high-volume periods or if an item is temporarily out of stock. In such cases, customers will be informed in advance.

Estimated Delivery Timelines

  • Delhi: Within 3 working days
  • Rest of India: Within 5–6 working days
  • International Orders: Within 5–14 working days

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to logistics, weather conditions, customs clearance, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Delivery Details

  • Orders are delivered to the shipping address provided at checkout
  • Separate orders must be placed for multiple delivery locations
  • If you are unavailable, you may authorize a representative to receive the order on your behalf
  • The delivery agent may request valid photo identification at the time of delivery
  • A delivery acknowledgment or signature may be required
  • Refusal to accept or sign for delivery will be treated as refusal of the order
  • Customers are requested to provide accurate and complete address details to ensure smooth delivery.

Unreachable Customers

If an order is shipped for personal use and the customer remains unreachable via phone or email, and delivery fails as a result, the order will not be eligible for a refund, as per company policy.

International Shipping & Customs

All international orders are shipped from New Delhi, India, using reputed courier partners such as FedEx, DHL, or Blue Dart.

  • Import duties, customs taxes, or additional charges (if applicable) are levied by the destination country
  • These charges are not included in the order value and cannot be estimated in advance
  • Any applicable customs duties or taxes must be paid directly to the courier partner at the time of delivery
  • We are unable to offer refunds for delays, rejections, or non-delivery caused by customs regulations in the destination country

If customs clearance requires additional documentation, the receiver must comply. Failure to do so may result in return or cancellation of the shipment without eligibility for refund.

International Pricing & Payments

  • International order values may be displayed in USD
  • Payments processed via CC Avenue are charged in INR
  • Shipping charges vary based on destination and order weight

Remote Area Deliveries

  • If the delivery address falls under a remote area, an additional charge of INR 1400 + applicable taxes may apply
  • Remote area deliveries may take 10–15 business days
  • Such shipments may be sent via India Post or equivalent tracking services
  • In case of loss during transit in remote areas, refunds or claims cannot be processed

Payment & Order Acceptance

Orders will be processed only after successful payment authorization. Orders with insufficient funds or failed transactions will not be confirmed.
