• Any issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery, along with clear images of the product and original packaging.
• Customized, handcrafted, and made-to-order items are not eligible for return, as each piece is created specially for the customer.
• Once a return request is approved, we will guide you through the next steps to ensure a smooth resolution.
• Refunds, if applicable, are processed to the original payment method after verification.
• Shipping charges, customs duties, and taxes are non-refundable.
• International orders are non-returnable, except in cases of transit damage.
• Orders that cannot be delivered due to incorrect address details, customer unavailability, or customs restrictions are not eligible for return or refund.
